Respected Sir/Madam, I am Patel pinal kumar shanubhai . Resident of Manjalpur area , vadodara. I am victim of online E-auction done by Rosabh ,Department of Bank of Baroda ,Sayajigunj Branch whose Manager Mr. S.j.Gandhi sir (mobile no-9898087348). On 23rd october 2019 ,online auction done for house whose defaulter owner is/was Mr.Nikul patel(mob-913646500) ,still in possession of same house by force, illegalyy way supported by manager. This house was auction by bank without following standard of E-auction such as securing all side ,locking door for illegal use,not allowed defaulter interference in visit ,using electricity ,water connection etc so many main issues not followed by bank. Only this reason cause my family insecure even if I paid all money & buy house. My wife ,yonger son staying alone in Baroda as I am working far in Bhuj. Even though so many communication ,Latters, Emails 3.75 lacs Rs deposited in Bank is not refund me . Here I attached some email communivation done with bank .
