I had purchased 1 acre land from Expat Projects having their office in Mumbai at Kohinoor mall near Kurla. I purchased the plot for RS 8 Lakhs and paid Rs 721000 in EMI till Dec 18. I was supposed to get the possession in Dec 18 but the company made one or the other excuse and did not give me possession till date.In october 2020 it came in newspaper that EOW has raided them on a complaint by 1 investor who paid Rs 63 lakhs and did not get possession. Expat has committed a fraud of Rs 700 crore. Kindly guide me as to how i can recover my amount and suggest what legal recourse should i take. I am a senior citizen and this money is very important to me and i cannot afford to lose it. I do not know how far EOW will be able to help me to recover my amount. Awaiting your reply
