Consumer Redressal

I had 4 international travel tickets and all cancelled in Makemytrip 4 months ago almost. Below RA raised by agent MakemyTrip to AirIndia. Its almost 4 months running now still waiting for the refund. Trying to reach to agent makemytrip but disconnecting the call before reaching to customer representative. Called AirIndia multiple times they are saying to contact agent MMT but i am not able to reach agent. So I am getting fustrated in overall process. Refund Application number is 5988359 for ticket 098-3759444966 Refund Application number is 5988360 for ticket 098-3759444968 Refund Application number is 5988361 for ticket 098-3759444969 Refund Application number is 5988363 for ticket 098-3759444967 I am not sure how to get the refund then. I know if RA is raised then its airlines responsibility to process the refund . Agent can not help here much.
