We have booked flight from GO AIR and they have cancelled two flights,
Booked from Hyderabad - Bangalore and Bangalore - Male and same as return.
They cancelled Hyderabad - Bangalore and Bangalore -Hyderabad without any prior information.
We have been following up with GO AIR team on the refund but no one are responding, customer care is just hanging up after i am explaining the issue.
We are 8 passengers and its huge amount
Hope we can get some response from you.
