Consumer Redressal

This is to bring to your notice that we booked a Spice jet flight in the month of May-20 from Pune (Maharashtra) to Udaipur (Rajasthan) via Jaipur through Goibibo but the flight got cancelled. We were assured that the amount will be refunded. After our multiple requests and follow ups for refund, we were allotted a credit shell but the same is also not usable due to restriction . The travel agent is diverting us to Airlines and vice a versa. We have been struggling for the refund since May-20 still we have not got any proper response either from agent or airline on our requests. We have already spent additional amounts for our travels after that. Request you to please look into the matter.
