Sir, Complaint : Ref. your MAHA-RERA Regd. No. P52100002061 of Member -Builder 'Laxmi-Group-Pune ' for Project > Laxmi-Satyam , situated at Dhanori, Pune- 411015 by Developer > Mr. Rajesh Bansal at Pune . The 'ISSUE' is I Booked a Flat No.1002 in -C- Building on 10th-Floor , before Diwali and the Sales Manager Mr.Rahul Singh , had taken all my Booking Form along PAN / Photo for Registration with Rs.2-Lakhs A/C Payee Cheque before Diwali & said , it will be send to Head-Office for further Approval . He Refused to give any Receipt for Payment & Cost-Sheet / Price fixed at Rs.51-Lakhs of 2-BHK-Flat with Free-Covered Car-Park on First-Floor in C-Bldg . He also said he will give PMC-Completion Certificate earlier ? In the absence of these Documents, Bank - Loan cannot be Approved for Purchase of said Flat ? Besides Buyer has no Record in possession , being Senior-Citizen ? The Deal was Proceeded by the 'Agent Mr.Sagar ' . Now Manager on 25/11/2020 said .Approval has not come , so you can Take-Back your Cheque , without stating any REASON , in presence of 2-Agents Sachin & Sagar ? Inspite of that a 'RE-Request' was given in Writing for Review on 25/11/2020 , which he did not sign as Received at 18.05 PM evening ? The Builder-Bansal even Refused to MLA-Tingre ? Its Breach of Trust in Good-Faith / Willful-Negligence / Unfair-Trade Practice in Licensed Business / Fraud /Cheating etc. Hence this Prayer to help me in Getting said Last-Flat & I am ready with Full-Payment from Bank-Loan for Agreement at 10% extra Payment.
