Hi Team,
I travelled on a Spice jet flight from Mumbai to Visakhapatnam. In the travel my baggage was damaged , upon notifying the airline in a written response they notified that they would be giving Rs 1000 in damages .It has been 10 months now and despite continuous follow ups with their customer service i am not receiving the amount..
