I had booked a single domestic ticket from Ahmedabad to Patna for the journey dated 04.04.2020 through Goibibo. But due to Covid-19 pandemic the flight was cancelled. I have sent mail to Go Air on 03.09.2020, 03.10.2020 & 11.1.2020 for the refund of ticket fare for the cancelled flight but they have neither sent a reply to me nor any of their representative contacted me. I have no any plan to perform journey through air in near future. Hence, I request to refund me the ticket fare due to cancellation of flight on 04.04.2020 due to corona epidemic. My PNR No. is T9E9XJ. Please do the needufl.
