i have booked my air ticket on 29th sep 2020 from port blair to delhi via www.airindia.in and cancelled it on 30th sep 2020. i have made a payment of Rs.12,355. My e-ticket number is 0982134006261 . after so many complaints air india finally ready to make refund.according to air india customer care executives they have refunded on 12th nov 2020 but according to my bank no amount is being credited till date. Also, air india executives not ready to give any statement of proof of refund. sir/mam,I need my money as soon as possible
