Bought Air India Ticket for travelling from Bangalore to Kolkata and back on 4th May 2020 and 12 May 2020 respectively. As the flight has been cancelled by the Airlines because of pandemic I asked for refund on last week of August 2020 to the travel agent Yatra but till date I have not received my refund and most astonishingly Airlines asked me to contact my travel agent for refund and "Yatra" replied refund has been on process .Don't know how long I have to wait for my hard earned money. Please note my booking reference number and PNR number for your ready reference .
1) Booking reference number - 050198364118 for 4th May Booking and 130208626621 for 12th May booking
2) PNR Number = Y4SCE for 4th May Booking and HLY5T for 12th May booking.
Kindly do the needful for refund of my money .
