HONORABLE SIR, In response to advertisement by Oh My Deals, Gurgaon (A-08, Electronic City, Phase IV, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana, India) (open 11am - 5pm IST (Mon-Fri )) we ordered a Smart iRobot Vacuum Cleaner-Black. As per the product advertised it was supposed to have- -Ultra-large Electric Water Tank to hold 290 mL of water enough to mop 200 sq m space.With Ultra-precise Peristaltic pump. -Consistent Mop Pressure etc etc. An intelligent robot cleaner. It was MRP INR 12999 and offered on discount for INR 5999 and additional discount with Diwali code for INR 5699 which we paid by credit card and ordered on 20 Nov 2020. AND What did we get 4 days later from them on Nov 24, 2020? (shipped by somebody else-Shoptail from NOIDA-Sector 63DBlock_C (U.P.) It says order no: # 5736-C. SKU no. is 36960469581991. What the box contained was a pink colored unit (XIMEIJIE). No water tank, No pump. Just a dry sweeping unit. A MADE IN CHINA PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH THE COMPANY LULLED US INTO BUYING BY WRITING UNDER- Our Prime Goals- Made in India Products Curiously the dispatch label of address on the product package also says correct- Smart iRobot Vacuum Cleaner-Black. But what it contains is a totally different product Total fraud. Just now we saw on net under consumer complaints that many other have been fooled by them similarly. IT IS A CLEAR TACTIC TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS TO MAKE IN INDIA PRODUCTS. VERY CLEVER AND ELABORATELY PLANNED SWINDLERS. THEY WRITE UNDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED. THEY OFFER DEEP DISCOUNTS ON ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED PRICES. THEN THEY SHIP FROM ANOTHER AGENCY IN ANOTHER STATE. THEN THEY SAY CUSTOMER HAS TO REFUND IN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. IS IT POSSIBLE? 4 DAYS ARE TAKEN FOR SHIPMENT ITSELF. THEN WHERE DOES ONE RETURN THE PRODUCT. THEY DONT SPECIFY. THERE IS NO SENDER ADDRESS ON THE PRODC. THEY DO NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER COMPLAINT NUMBER. THEY ONLY HAVE A CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL WHERE WE SENT COMPLAINT YESTERDAY BUT NO REPLY. ON THEIR WEB SITE ALSO WE COMPLAINED ON FEEDBACK. THEY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK. BUT THEY HAVENT. IT IS AN ELABORATE HOAX TO DEFRAUD CUSTONMERS, OFFER DEEP DSICOUNTS AND SELL CHEAP CHINESE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HAS BEEN SHOWN ON WEB AND ANYWAY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE AND NON-FUNCTIONAL. WHAT TO DO. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH SUITABLE PENALTY FOR CAUSING MENTAL AGONY TO A RETIRED PENSIONER. LET THEM TAKE BACK THEIR CHEAP chinese made XIMEIJIE MODEL unit. We have re-packed it back in its box and kept ready for their courier to take back. THEY NEED TO BE IMMEDIATELY STOPPED FROM CONTINUING TO FOOL OTHERS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER LANDLINE OR MOBILE. HOW TO STOP THEM QUICKLY FROM SELLING?
