I had booked Go Air tickets from Mumbai to Jammu and back for 15/4/20 to 21/4/20 vide PNR No QBUWQA which was automatically cancelled due to the lockdown. Now i have written several mails to Go Air for refund but they are not replying at all. Request you to please look in to this.
