dear sir
I have booked true jet flight from ahmedabad to kandla on dated 5/11/20 through goibibo. flight no.2T 711 on dated 5/11/20. flight is cancelled by operator(true jet). in spite repeated follow up though phone. but goibibo is not refunded my amount. I am student, kindly help me.
