Hi Team, Need your help in getting reversal of late fee charge back for my credit card with Icici bank credit card number: 4375515817232008. I have paid my credit card full outstanding amount on 12th November and my due date for my payment is 11th and it was credit to the bank on 13th November. Delay has happenned due to online payment I have sent request to customer care for reversing the same, but they declained my request and they charged rs.700/- for late fee charge. Since I am having account with the bank more than 20 years and maintained good track.. By charging the late fee amount for the delay of 2 days that is due to system issue , it will affect my creditablity. Request your help for reversing the late fees amount and gst and do the needful
