Hello,
I am priyank dudhat from gujarat. currently living in germany. My flight cancelled due to corona lockdown and I booked airindia flight through goibibo platform. My flight was on 29th march 2020. goibibo told me that i am not eligible for full refund, when my friend got full refund from makemytrip. And now they showing that my refund request was invalid in the website. Just tell me what i have to do.
