Goair flight was there on 19th November vide PNR R9VQGG for Hyderabad-Kolkata-Guwahati at 06.05 am.
THey have rescsheduled flight to evening without any confirmation to me. Neither I got a call from them nor i received any msg or email. Contacting there Customer care since 4 days but nobody lifts the phone until 40 minutes and later auto disconnects the call. I have not received my refund so far..
