Complaint Against HappyEasyGo:CaseId-1584585599257: Order 692194023410145619 Flight cancelled by GoAir-AY5C2A Trip ID: 692194023410146777 The journey date was of 23rd March before the lockdown for covid was initiated and during the day of journey the flight was cancelled. I had to book another flight with 4x price to return home. Despite cancelling the ticket without any reason and prior notice i have still not received the refund of the fare amount of 7k. It has been 8 months and even after repeated followups and requests still the amount is not refunded. I have called and mailed happy easy so many times that now i have lost count and every time i have been given false assurances stating that the amount will be refunded by next week. Please understand a organization running on such fake promises cant sustain. You guys should be ashamed for your pathetic service. After following up for 8 months i am frustrated and finally lodging a complaint on consumer forum. I hope people do not face what i have gone through after booking their tickets from your platform
