I purchased a Gift Card from Make myu Trip in Sep 2019. I was not able to use the full amount due to lockdown and travel restriction for last 6 months. The card expired in Sep 2020. They are not cooperating to extend the expiry. Wrote to them, tweeted on Twitter. But to no tangible result.
How can we get them to act on the request
