Dear Sir,
I have booked my return ticket (PNR#Z043Q and ETicket# 0982104754019) from KBL to DEL and DEL to KBL for the dates 12.Mar.2020 and return on 31.Mar.2020 respectively. My return date i.e.31.Mar.2020 was cancelled by Air India due to lockdown imposed but amount is NOT YET refunded.
