I have booked the tickets of Goair from their portal on 26th May for 4th June from Mumbai To Jaipur flight. The booking confirmed with PNR LYUNVD and the amount charged is 12,336. The flight get cancelled on 4th June . After raised to them on the refund for cancelled flights after trying several time over phone. Finally I had written and email and get the response with ref no G8-01086603 and confirm that you will expect further communication on the same. After that I had chased 4 times till now with no response - July 29, August 3, Augst 13 and 17th Nov. I also tried to book the tickets and tried to claim from their option of Claiming against PNR no, they are showing my PNR is invalid.
