Consumer Redressal

I am writing this in regards to my booking ID GOFLIMTD8C621600529023 • Booked on 19 Sep 2020 from BOM-ARN All the contact numbers mentioned on the website and support emails are fake or not existing. Also, my flight was cancelled by one of the agents Arka Samanta from goibibo, and when I see about the refund only 1/3 rd of the amount is processed which is around. 14598 and Rs.22000 was the airline cancellation fee and taxes, where the flight was cancelled by the airline, and I wanted to travel on the booked date. I had received a call from goibibo about this update and they cancelled it by themselves, without consenting me. here is the Ticket submitted for the complaint multiple times, still no reply- Ticket-[#31804047] Goibibo has duped me of Rs.22000. I demand a full refund of Rs. 37163. as it was not my fault the flight was cancelled. This my final hope, so I am sharing my concern here. Regards, Rohini
