Hi Team, Need your help in getting reversal of charge back for my credit card with Axis bank credit card number: 4514560003809187. I want chargeback/reversal of debit interest, late payment fee, over limit fee, and GST charges which is charge in November 2020 statement reason being I have corona patient in my family who was admitted in hospital for 15 days completely occupied managing as attendee. Spoke to escalation team supervisor, she denied reversing the complete charges even though I am loyal to bank, 100% payer not a revolver, no customer centric approach from her, I was been promised complete reversal by customer care agent who took my request, I made payment also 121001 rupees. The escalation supervisor was not at all willing to help, I gave her valid reason along with example that if someone is dying and even in that condition you need to make payment, she is like you have use the card you need to make payment. I have a family to run with 2 kids, wife and my mother, as a good and loyal customer to bank, I would request you to reverse the complete charges, debit interest, late payment fee, over limit fee and GST as one time request and I will ensure not repeat the same in future.
