Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/ Mam, I booked outward and inward tickets from Bagdogra to Bengaluru to meet my son on 16th of May, 2020 and 23rd of May, 2020, respectively. But amount was not refunded to me rather credit shell was issued against PNR No. XD1WKW and R6KKHL. Booking was done through a travel agent - Om Tourisms (Email: travelcareslg@gmail.com, Mobile No. 9851327513). Now I wanted to book a ticket for my son from Bagdogra to Bengaluru and return using that credit shell but it was rejected as the names was not same. And we don't have any program to travel anywhere in a year. I sent an email requesting the same in the month of July but the airlines (SpiceJet) declined then. This time as well, I couldn’t transfer the ticket to my son’s name because the airlines declined even after the latest direction from DGCA and Supreme Court. Our travel agent today told us that our airlines in not agreeing to either change the name or refund the amount. Now, I want the refund at the earliest.
