i booked ticket for two passengers on 2.11.20 for Go air as per details ;
Mumbai to Chandigarh,
PNR Y3J33Y
Date Of Departure 10.11.20
Flight No. G8561.
On 5.11.20 i got a msg from the airline that flight has been rescheduled by more than 5 hrs. So immediately on 6.11.20, i wrote a mail to GO air for cancellation and refund of amount as rescheduled time does not suit me. Thereafter sent reminder twice but till date no response from the GO air. Please guide to whom should i escalate the issue to get the refund.
