Consumer Redressal

Hi, I am Gunjan Chauhan, have booked a flight with Go-Air from DEL-BLR for 16 Nov'20 with PNR No. I4R27S. Initially, I booked it with timing 15:20 hrs but now one day before my flight, timings changed to 6:00 hrs without my permission. Without any timing offering to choose from. And if I am changing it as per my schedule they are asking for additional charges of Rs.3000-5000 They are literally looting customers or in short Nation's money I want you to look into such matters that if flight timing is changing for any reason through airline then customers must be asked or offered with few options. Note: We have tried calling customer care for continuously 1 Hr but there is no response. If possible please assist me on the same today itself. So that I could do something/some changes for my tomorrow i.e. 16 Nov 2020 flight
