I have recharged for 698 rs for airtel number on3 October 2020, but the recharge was converted to international roaming pack due to their technical issue . I have complained in their customer care many times, but they just keep saying that wait for some time. But its been more than 1 month now. The amount is not reflected in my account. Since it is a large amount its a personal loss for me. I hope the certain authorities wil take this kind of deed in concern and take necessary actions. Fake offers and promises are given to consumers by these kind of telecommunications.
