I, Sayan Saha, had booked ticket through MakeMyTrip on 31st May 2020, on Vistara UK775, from Mumbai to Kolkata.

The flight got cancelled from airlines' end due to covid pandemic lockdown. As per the Supreme Court order, I am eligible for full refund. Vistara and makemytrip is not giving me any refund after various email and telephonic requests even after the refund request has been raised from makemytrip.
Kindly look into this issue
