we booked an online round trip for our Engineer Mr. Harwinder Singh from Chandigarh to Srinagar thru GOAIR and our engineer completed the journey from Chandigarh to Srinagar and today on 5th Nov , when our engineer came to airport counter at Srinagar , they told that you will not get the Boarding pass as you have not checked on line.
As per our engineer there was huge rush at the counter and they have overbooked the flight due to which they refused our Engineer to board the flight and taken those passengers who have paid more money for the seat.
This is an fraud and not acceptable .
the PNR No is YBRVSD , Flight NO.G8 913 from Srinagar to Chandigarh
Kindly look into this and get us refund of our ticket amount.
