In my SBI credit card statement on Jan 2, 2020. I was charged a Annual fee of Rs 2999 + taxes. I called by SBI customer care and told them I want to Cancel the card and don't want to pay the annual charges. They told me to pay the remaining amount, which I did pay on 4 Jan 2020. After which the card was cancelled since 4th Jan,2020. But they did not revert the charges and kept Charging interest on the annual fees.
I believe it is unfair to charge annual fees when I am not using the card, and have got it cancelled.
