Make my trip- Credit shell fraud!! This is regarding airline bookings I had made using make my trip in February, 2020. Due to covid these flights were cancelled. In turn instead of refunding the money, make my trip decided to create credit shells which could only be used for the same flight destination, by the same original passengers. This is beyond ridiculous. Moreover these credit shells cant be used. Every time I tried to make a new booking using these credit shells, it always showed an error. Not only do they refuse to refund the money, they don't even let consumers use their credit shells. This is stealing. The worst part, make my trip has no customer care service. Nobody picks up the calls, they keep transferring it, and there is no way to contact them- no email ID or anything. Also when they called, their customer care executive Kushboo not only threatened us but also misbehaved during the call and cut the call in my face. This shows the level of professionalism. Make my trip is simply a scam. Once you book from here you are never getting your money back. I have lost more than 22,000 rupees after booking from them.
