Consumer Redressal

Dear sir/Ma'am, My name is sandip yadav. Actually i ordered a realme 6i phone,having order id no-OD119392537161907000 on 10th aug 2019 through flipkart & the same had been delivered to me on 18th aug 2019 but unfortunately it was an empty box,nothing was inside the box & since that day only i have been raising this issue but still i have not got the refund.Whenever i call them, they give me resolution date & when it comes again i got a new resolution date.Till now i have been given several resolution date & every time i have been told that within 24 or 48 hrs i would get a call from their back-end team or concern team but i have not got a call from them yet. Even though 6 times they have raised refund request for the same but all of them got rejected.Now i feel like i am being mentally harassed & for my own money i am begging these people.Please sir/ma'am look into this matter & kindly get my money refund asap.
