43 inch realme android smart TV purchased online thru realme web vide invoice No.HR/T202100083936, dated 28-05-2020 and the same has developed malfunctioning from september 23rd . on reporting to realme by email and thru web , their technician visited on 26th of september and assessed the problems and it is understood that a detailed report was submitted to realme by the servicing agency concerned. but till date no action from the manufacturer to attend the problem despite of repeated follow up by e mail & telephone. manufacturer's response to the complaint is very much disappointing.
