Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF192473230. I tried to book my air ticket from Surat Delhi by Travolook travel agencies involved in air booking ticket. On the website Travolook price was cheaper so I completed formality but while confirmation of ticket I received phone call that there was fare expiration so your booking was cancelled. I requested for refund and the reply was it will be done in 10 working days. My date of booking was 14th October, 2020 and by now I should get refund but after my personal call they give excuses. When I have checked about their reputation I found that is there usual practice with other client is also same. I got following detail Please look into it and help me in getting my refund. I also request that make some mechanism so other can't be trapped.
