Dear sir,
I had initiated a booking as a guest through makemytrip.com in Spice jet air ways by Google pay on 17 Oct 2020 for 5th of Nov 20 morning flight. My money got deducted but did not received any Ticket and refund till date after enquiring with spice jet I came to know there was no direct flight from Jaisalmer to Delhi in the morning.. makemytrip costumer care number is only on IVR mode so am not able to contact them.
