Consumer Redressal

I have taken the Driving Test for 4 wheeler on Aug 21,2013 through GRACE MOTOR DRIVING SCHOOL,KAGGADASPURA,BENGALURU. They promised that the driving license would be issued within 2 weeks. It has been 3 months, I have not yet received my driving license and they are being very irresponsible towards it whenever I call or visit them. Mr.Thomas & Mr.Dominique either switches off their phone or are away from the office. They have some issues with the RTO office and are making the customers suffer because of this. They have even taken extra fee for the driving license to be issued.So I am requesting you to give me proper solution as soon as possible.
