I was charged annual fee by axis bank credit card which was given to me as life time free card, in jun statement - annual fee charged - 1500 + gst, i made a call to cc, they agreed to reverse, nothing happened till now, also made complaint to nodal - they are harassing me to pay the charges even if i want to close the card, now in last statement they showing 4282 balance, not even a single transaction by me for any purchase, please guide what actions i can take now against bank
