My so called Smart Meter of GENUS Company No. GP5888304 of 5kw load installed by KESCO at my residence only in Nov. 2019 has stopped working since 01/10/20 with no light in Display unit & no blinking of light. I noted the last readings as under:-------
1303 kWh / 1416 kVAh
I informed the KESCO authorities on 10/10/20 and KESCO Officials visited the site ...on 20/10/20 and confirmed that it has to be replaced.
