Dear Sir,
With reference to Go Air PNR #SYGEHT my doj of journey was 23rdApril,20 and was unable to travel because all fights were cancelled due to COVID19 . Please note that I am not going travel in future to same route so i follow up with Go Air number of times to cancel my ticket and refund my ticket amount, but they are not responding to any of my calls . They clearly denied ticket refund in email reply.
Please note that I had booked 3 tickets train tickets on IRCTC and same is refunded to me after deducting minimal charges. If IRCTC can refund me in same force-majeure event why can't Go Air . How Go Air can keep passenger money If they have not provided any services .
