I have booked 2 tickets from Rome to New Delhi by Alitalia. It was for 23rd may 2020.
Due to Corona Pandemic, the flight was cancelled and I requested for refund.
My booking number and other details were communicated to them many times.
In spite of my various request, I have not received the refund till date
