I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Pune for travel on 1st May 2020. Due to lockdown I was unable to travel. I wish to cancel my ticket and get my refund as I intend not to travel with my family in the near future since my daughter is 7 years old and there are a number of restrictions on travel fro children below 10 years old. I request your assistance in getting my refund from the airline i.e. Air Asia.
