I book flight ticket on 11.08.2020 by amazon pay that is tie up with clear trip.Date of flight is on 24.08.2020 from New Delhi to Bagdogra West Bengal. On 16 august 2020 i got text massage from air india airlines for cancellation of flight . Same day i talked to them for refund air india airlines officer replied me from where I booked ticket they provide the refund then i talked to amazon customer care they transfer my call to clear trip they replied when air india airlines initiated the refund we will transfer you refund to your belonging account . Before 25 September they refund me rs. 1511 only and i gave Rs.5148 .
Sir, flight is cancelled by air india airlines and they deducted my money why..?
