Hi Team,I have booked 3 tickets to travel for self and family in GoAir flight G8 701 (PNR - JF7T2B) which was scheduled on 20th May,2020 flying from Ahmedabad to Kochi. I booked these ticket through my booking agent Tradewing Ltd, Vadodara. Due to pandemic situation , the flight was cancelled and it was informed my agent that said booking amount is preserved in the form of credit shell till end of May next year. I requested them to refund the booking amount throughmy agent like other airlines are doing as I cannot travel in near future. I did not get any response so far. . Kindly help me in getting back my booking amount (around Rs 12000) and the airlines should be penalized for such an act. Regards, Kannanunni Nair
