Consumer Redressal

Hi Team, Please note that I have booked GoAir flight (PNR - QB6K4A) which was scheduled on 24th May,2020 flying from Pune to Kolkata. Due to pandemic situation in India, the flight was cancelled and I got message from them that my booking amount is preserved in the form of credit shell till end of May next year. I requested them to refund the booking amount like other airlines are doing as I cannot travel in near future. I did not get any response. Now when I open Goair portal to check my booking amount in credit shell it is showing another scheduled booking in Dec,2020 against my PNR which I did not book at all. I am scared that even the credit shell is not there and I sent mails to the airlines. Still no response. Kindly help me in getting back my booking amount (around Rs 12000) and the airlines should be penalized for such an act. Regards, Sayanti Ghosh
