Dear Sir.
I have booked air ticket from Chennai to Mumbai on 25th April 2020 through make my trip. The Airline got cancelled the flight operation and moved my amount to credit shell. After the court order I have applied for refund on 17th Sept 2020 but there is no proper response from make my trip. We are not able to talk to the customer care directly, its all automated. Please help me to get my flight refund.
