Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir / Madam, I had booked a ticket for three passengers for my flight from Mangalore to Mumbai on the 8th of June 2020. We had been issued our tickets with a PNR no - YHIT8H on board flight SG-353. The flight was cancelled and I had received a message stating that my amount will be reflecting in the credit shell and that i will be able to use it within one year. The amount that i had paid was of Rs.12230 on the Goibibo site. An amount of Rs.9000 was being reflected in my spice jet account for some time and on query regarding the difference between the booking amount and the credit shell amount, i was told to speak to Goibibo. I dropped in mail to Goibibo for which i got reply that the refund was being processed and the amount will be soon credited to my account. It has been 4 months now and there is no response from the airline nor the booking site. I would request your mediation in getting my refund from the booking site. REgards Sandeep Nayak 8866367789
