I had booked a round trip ticket from Dammam to Jeddah in March but due to pandemic the ticket was cancelled and Cleartrip was showing the refund the will be processed by Oct 13 2020. Now suddenly when I checked yesterday it shows the tickets are not refundable when they were mentioning the refund status from past few months. These guys have just looted the public's hard earned money. Trying to contact the customer care but they are giving blatant reasons.
