sir, i am vikas verma,resident of 495/4,krishna nagar ,hissar.haryana. i purchase a broadband connection from net plus on dated 7/8/2020 with recipt no.22409 (amount-8100/-) from verry first day i am suffered from their service and customer dealing. my broadband connection daily Interrupted 2-4 hours in my peak buisness time. and many time i put complaint about this but they fail to solve the problem. and put excuse of shortage of engeeneers. my 50-60% buisness depend on internet and from last two month i bear too much buissness loss and peace of mind because of this. kindly help me to refund my amount so that i insttal other connection. thanks vikas verma
