Hi, I Poonam Tyagi purchased a flat in Aditya City Apartments against which complete payment including Stamp Duty was made on 18th February 2020. The actual handover and registry of the flat was not done until mid August 2020 after multiple follow ups due. Earlier the delay was due to COID-19 and later we had follow up multiple times to finally get the handover and registry completed. Since we did not had any flat either by way of possession or by registry till August 2020 the builder should not charge any maintenance whatsoever however we have been told that they will start the maintenance back from March 2020 just because that's the procedure. I have tried to reach out to the concerned authorities multiple times but have received no response. I would like you tp help me with this since I don't have to pay for maintenance of a flat tfor a period when it was not handed over to me by builder.
