Consumer Redressal

I do have booking from clear trip from Mct to cairo and return (607-3747287816, 607-3747287815) and in last June I use app of clear trip to open my ticket ( plz find the attachment screenshot from my mobile ). and I left without choose any date for new travel as Oman airport still closed , and now when I requested them for new ticket they asking me to call eithad call center , when I did call them they mentioned that my ticket is refunded to clear trip , and clear trip answer me again my ticket is zero refund and I shave to contact Eithad again to rebook my ticket but airline mentioned that clear trip already canceled and refunded my tickets So I didn't get my money back or rebook my ticket again It's kind of cheating from cleartrip,
