Sir, It is submitted that I have purchased a blue cotton suit of Rs.3355/- (Rupees three thousand three hundred fifty five only) from Limeroad.com through order No. 0062500809 dated 13.11.2019. When I received the parcel; I opened it and found that it was a different from I had ordered; even the colour of both the pieces (upper and lower) were also different. I immediately submitted return request and returned it on 18.11.2019 (return I.D. No. 00625853100 pl). After this, when I am not returned my money neither sent me my suit as I booked; I contacted to Limeroad’s customer care and requested to return my money or suit. After my repeated request, neither my money has been returned nor my suit. Finally, they refused to return my money or suit showing the reason that the returned items failed in quality check. After this, I have requested them several time to return my money or suit but every time a same E-mail is sent to me as given below:- “Dear Shivshant, I understand you wish to know the status of your refund for order#0062500809. We regret to inform you that we are unable to process your refund as product failed under quality check. Please visit the “My orders” section to track your order on Limeroad App / Website.
